RAKtherm pipes and pipe-fittings are easy to install so their starting up does not need a technical specific preparation and it allows huge savings of time and work

•  Make sure that the blades of the cutter are no irregularities and are very sharp
•  Cut the tube perpendicular to its axis.
•  Check that the cutting section is perfectly flat and that there are defects due to misuse of the cutter.

Make a mark on the grafting depth using marking ruler

•  Heat at about 260°C the pipefitting and the pipe to weld inserting them in the polifusor matrix. After few seconds cut off. Insert each part into the other without rotating and in the admitted time.
